Proof of Identity: A valid passport, driver’s license, or government-issued identification document.
Proof of Address: Utility bills, bank statements, or official letters with your name and current address.

How do I verify my identity.

We have 3 secure ways for you to verify your identity. The first is online using the Government approved digital identification service <a href=”https://www.yoti.com/”>Yoti.com</a>. The other is by visiting a local Post Office. And the 3rd option is getting a ‘Responsible Person’ such as a doctor or solicitor to verify you. This is all explained clearly throughout the sign up process.

How long does it typically take to receive the certificate?

It is sometimes dependent on your submitted information but 77% of all certificates are received within 3 working days.

If there are issues with anything our team will initially get in touch via email and then phone if requested to resolve any data issues as fast as possible.

What is the Employment Eligibility check?

We currently only service customers in the United Kingdom.
